ABOUT SAPINIT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Our History
 
Sapinit Elementary School is one of the small and far-flung schools in the Division of Antipolo City. it is located on the hilly/mountainous part of Sitio Sapinit, Brgy. San Juan, Antipolo City. The place is actually a part of a water reserve. it has a total area of 3,700 square meter.
 
Sapinit Elementary School is a complete grade school established in 1986 with a population of 128 pupils and four teachers. it was a satellite of Inuman Elementary School. Now it has Seventeen (17) teachers, all nationally funded. The school is manned by a Principal.
The first school head (OIC) of Sapinit Elementary School was Mrs. Herminia Udasco, followed by Mrs. Maria L. Olano, Dr. Iluminada Calixtro, Mrs. Juliana Gonzales and Mr. Tito Cabacaba. Mrs. Fe Macahis had been also a TIC in the school for eight months only in 1996. She was followed by Ms. Marilou M. Lico (1996-1998), Mrs. Judith U. Clarito (1999-2000), Mrs. Angeles Dulin (2001-2002), Mrs. Zaida Picson (2003-2004), Mrs. Dolores J. Agong (2004-2007), Mrs. Jocelyn S. Montes (2007-2008), Ms. Luz C. Cayanong (2008-2009) and Jennie G. Casauay from 2009- present.
 
In terms of Supervision, regular and on the spot monitoring and observation of classes are conducted. Funds of physical development were sourced out from the Local Government Units and funds from the Department of Education. The library and two CR's were donated by CEMEX Foundation.
 
One television was donated by LJ Sumulong. Books were given by Sa Aklat Sisikat Foundation and MASON. Water System which was ruined and left unusable for 20 years was revived by Admiral Marcelo and Company, Rotary Club of Pasay.
 
Forest Hills and Country Club inc. headed by Atty. Romeo G. Carlos, General Manager covered walkway connecting the school building to the restrooms and repairing of 2 CEMEX Comfort Rooms and restoring the demountable building to be used as classrooms. PCGG-EA- Lingap Barangay headed by Nicanor V. Suarez for the free feeding and gift giving. The newly built Stage is sponsored by our former City Mayor, Danilo O. Leyble.
 
External stakeholders who caters in helping our pupils in financial and moral aspect as well, NGCP, CARE Philippines, Saint Vincent Foundation and CFCA opened their hearts in sharing their blessings to the less fortunate pupils.
 
The school can be considered developing fast in terms of population and facilities. At present, the school's populace is 1107 with 26 teachers, 2 utility workers,  and 1 Secury Guard under the leadership and guidance of Mr. Nimrod A. Tupas as Officer-In-Charge.

We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose competencies and values  enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.

As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.
